Job Description

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who will act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and skilled in relationship management, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and production teams to ensure timely delivery
• Manage client communication via emails, calls, and meetings
• Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and briefs
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals
• Handle client feedback and ensure effective implementation
• Assist in upselling or cross‑selling services when appropriate
• Maintain strong and long‑lasting client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and client‑handling skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail

Good to Have

• Experience in advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency
• Knowledge of CRM tools
• Internship or prior client‑facing experience
• Basic understanding of marketing or design workflows
